Problem: Technology has made it easier for people to connect across distances, yet in fact, people are claiming that they feel more difficult than ever to connect on a deeper level. "We are a sad generation with happy faces". Loneliness has become a concern across the globe like an epidemic sweeping through societies. Understanding the pressure of presenting a perfect image online of the young generation in this modern day, I came up with an campaign idea for for Coca-cola that fulfills the need to have "happy pictures" while fostering genuine relationships at the same time.
How It Works: Each bottle's cap has an icon as a "collection item" for you to collect. These icons will serve as "guidelines" for engaging activities to be enjoyed with loved ones. The range of icons will be diverse, encompassing sports, tickets, ice cream, and more. Within your own budget and available time, you can creatively interpret the icon and plan a relevant activity. The possibilities are limitless, as long as the activity brings joy to you and your loved ones.
Billboards & Banners: The design is a combination of the joy of physical activities, genuine connection and the symbol of collection. The campaign banner paints the magic of cherishing moments of laughters, adventures, and companionship. Coca-Cola bottle cap celebrates the joy of capturing life's fleeting instances, big and small. Encapsulate the beauty of togetherness - one cap at a time.
Social Media: With Coca-Cola's global reach and influence, implementing such a campaign becomes both feasible and impactful. An instagram filter will be created for people to upload their photos on social medias. On Coca-Cola's home page, by featuring these photos, this will make the whole campaign viral.
